Nature Connection

  • We are part of nature, not separate from it.  Being in physical contact with nature is important for personal growth, self-discovery and spiritual renewal
  • Numerous scientific studies show how the connection with nature and mindfulness experiences help people to get centered, to find alignment between their needs, values and actions, and to strengthen self-esteem and self efficacy
  • Developing and deepening our connection with nature can foster a more holistic and balanced way of life as well as help us to find clarity
